We treat your listings like our own

BNBUP was born out of a quiet alliance between Airbnb and short-stay hosts across Europe — people who had lived every version of the job and wanted to build the service they always wished existed.
We began as independent hosts scattered across Europe — owners with properties in Finland, France, Spain, Sweden and beyond. We knew every 3 AM lockout, every cancelled cleaner, every passive-aggressive review we had to Google-translate at midnight.
The options were narrow. Handle it all ourselves and burn out — or hand it over to an agency taking 15–25 % of our revenue, treating our properties like inventory, and answering guests in a voice that wasn't ours.
So we banded together, pooled what we had learned, wrote down the playbook that had kept our ratings at 4.9+ — and built BNBUP. One dedicated human per listing. Flat fee. Shared quality. No cuts of revenue. No black boxes.
Today we open country by country, onboarding only as many hosts as the team can serve well. Scale is the goal; care is the gate.
Consolidating short-stay hosting, quietly.
BNBUP exists to consolidate short-stay hosting. We bring the right technology together with the right people — to cut operating cost, lift the guest experience, and deliver better products at every listing we touch.
As short-stay becomes the new normal way to travel, we are the front-runners of this consolidation. Our job is to run it more efficiently, for hosts and guests alike.
Pricing engines, PMS integrations, smart message routing, analytics — assembled so hosts never touch a tool we run.
Vetted specialists who have lived hosting themselves, trained on a shared playbook, speaking the guest's language.
Pooled infrastructure and a flat per-listing fee, so the economics get better for hosts every time we add scale.
Faster replies, calmer crisis handling and sharper listings — the outcome hosts used to deliver only at small scale.
The founding team carries over twenty combined years in the sharing economy and short-stay hospitality — hosting, co-hosting, operating property portfolios, writing playbooks, training guest communication across five languages. We have lived this job, and we are building a team that is genuinely happy to take care of your properties.

One monthly fee per listing. No commissions on your revenue. No hidden costs. If the service stops working for you, you stop paying — same day.
Every listing is assigned to one specialist who knows it by heart. A vetted deputy covers their off-hours. No queue, no outsourcing, no scripts read from a cold desk.
We are headquartered and operated in Europe, and we are opening team seats in every time zone so your property is always covered by somebody during its local daytime.
Group CEO · Bringing short-stay into a properly-run industry.
Group CEO of BNBUP. Previously responsible for software quality at Apple — with code shipping on billions of devices — ran public sector services at Xerox, and led QA for Google Maps. Over 15 years building short-stay portfolios across Europe and Asia before turning full-time to this consolidation play.
Kalle's mandate at BNBUP is to move short-stay from an artisanal, one-person-at-a-time craft into a normally-run, professional part of the hospitality industry. The sharing economy is growing up — BNBUP is here to run it the way the rest of the economy runs.
If you own a short-stay property, we would love to run it for you. If you love hospitality and speak a language or two, we would love to have you with us.
