By engaging with BNBUP, the customer consents to sharing access to their short stay property management platforms, including but not limited to Booking.com, Airbnb, or similar platforms, with our reception staff. This access is necessary to manage reservations, communicate with guests, and ensure seamless service operations. - Data Privacy and Use
BNBUP does not store, share, or save customer data on its own platforms. We use the data available through your property management platforms solely to make informed safety decisions regarding your property and its guests. This data will never be used for marketing or any other purposes outside of ensuring the safety and security of your property and guests. - Third-Party Tools
Our website utilizes Google Analytics to analyze the behavior of potential new users, helping us better understand and enhance the user experience on our website. This information is collected in compliance with privacy laws and does not include any personally identifiable information about your guests or customers. - Payments
All payments for BNBUP’s services are processed securely through Stripe. Payments are collected one month in advance, ensuring continuous service delivery. Customers can discontinue service at any time by resigning their access via Stripe, which will stop further payments and end our service agreement. No additional cancellation fees apply, and service will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle. - Best Effort Service
BNBUP operates on a best-effort basis, meaning we strive to respond to all guest requests as quickly as possible and handle those requests with the utmost care. However, BNBUP is not liable for any problems or issues that may arise due to delayed responses or any actions by our receptionists. - Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about their property and platform access. Any misrepresentation or failure to provide required access could affect the quality of the services provided by BNBUP.
